What you are buying

HostLedger is a digital spreadsheet template (Excel file and Google Sheets copy) for organizing rental income and expenses for US Schedule E reporting. Packages are one-time purchases. The 3-Year Pack includes updated files for 3 tax years as described on the site.

Not tax advice

HostLedger is a bookkeeping tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Line mappings are a convenience based on public IRS materials and may not fit your situation. We make no promise about any tax result, refund, deduction or audit outcome. Please check with a CPA before you file. You are responsible for your own tax return.

14-day money-back guarantee

Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing ege@appxiom.co. We refund the full price, no questions asked.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own rental properties (up to the number in your package). Please do not resell, share or publish the files or your license key.

Delivery

Files and your license key are delivered on the thank-you page after payment. If you cannot access them, email us with your receipt and we will resend them.

Availability and changes

Purchase may not be open yet. We may update the files, prices and these terms; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Liability

The files are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties or interest from tax filings. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
