The short version

We do not see your spreadsheet entries. The template runs on your computer or in your own Google account. We only handle what is needed to sell and deliver it.

What we collect

• Launch list email. If you leave your email, it reaches us as an email message from your own mail app. We use it to write to you about the launch and nothing else.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email and order details from Stripe so we can deliver your files and answer refund requests.
• Support emails. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

What we do not collect

No bank logins, no Airbnb logins, no spreadsheet contents, and no advertising profile. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool at this time.

Third parties

• Stripe for payments, under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts loads the Inter typeface when you open a page, which sends your IP address to Google.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical request data such as IP address for delivery and security.

How long we keep it

Order and support records are kept as long as needed for refunds, accounting and legal obligations. Launch list emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Email ege@appxiom.co to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

HostLedger is for adults who own rental property. It is not aimed at children.
